Culinary Art: from nature to imagination.

The chef and writer Ismene Venegas offered a tour of the native vegetation of Valle de Guadalupe, identifying the edible wild plants of the ecosystem, and using them to create a culinary experience.

It was an exercise that invited us to transform the seemingly insignificant in nature into a sensitive event. Her conversation allowed us to transit, collect, and understand culinary art as a place of creative transformation, valuing detail and what lies in the margins.
