<p>Martha Palau, <em>Naualli - Southern Border,</em> inSITE94 (proposal).</p>

Artist Marta Palau’s project was located at the Centro Cultural Tijuana. Entitled Naualli – Southern Border/Naualli – Frontera sur was an installation that outlined a magical protective formula through the use of a determined number of arrows, darts, and lances carefully placed among organic materials such as sand, rocks, and branches. The entire work suggested a native ritual space capable of invoking ancient spirits.
