Enah Montserrat Fonseca-Ibarra. March 11, 2023.

The agenda was a visit and exploration of the archaeological site of Vallecitos, in La Rumorosa, Baja California. The group saw mural paintings and grinding stones in the Kumiai camps, which offered direct contact with ephemeral evidence of the region’s cultural heritage. The anthropologist Enah Montserrat Fonseca Ibarra, an expert in cave paintings, dedicated her tour to the mysteries and interpretation of the art of the ancient inhabitants of Baja California.
