José Antonio Hernández-Díez created an interactive installation at the Casa de la Cultura in Tijuana. Sin título/Untitled (Arroz con mango)was an exercise in music making based on the participation of visitors to the site. Using small baseball bats, amplifiers, and electronic equipment, Hernández- Díez fabricated a musical instrument that emitted different sounds and notes when hit. The result was a novel experience for each group of participants.
